Subsequently, this vegetable crop was particularly common in Italy. Then, after the discovery of America, it was brought to the New World as well. In modern times, the identified properties of the miracle plant are used to lose weight. Especially the use of broccoli is common among wealthy people. Actually, our diet lasts for 10 days. It differs in dietary patterns, each of which takes 2 days.

- We change our diet to broccoli + other vegetables.

- Breakfast: stew broccoli (no more than 200 gr.) with vegetable oil together
with some bell peppers. For zest add garlic
- Lunch: stew 150 gr. of cabbage, a couple of small tomatoes, and half an onion.
- Dinner: Same as for breakfast.
- Breakfast: make a salad of broccoli. and boiled beef (both products 100g each).
You can dress everything in vegetable oil or sour cream.
- Lunch: 200 gr. half boiled cabbage.
- Dinner: 150 gr. Stew the crab without butter.
- Breakfast: tea, a couple of boiled eggs, 100 gr. CUBE.
- Lunch: make soup. Take lean chicken broth as a base. Add to it 100 gr. of miracle cabbage and some greens.
- Dinner: 100g of broccoli boiled or steamed. You can eat one tomato and a couple of slices of bread (from rye).
- Breakfast: boil 100 gr. Broccoli cabbage and a couple of small carrots.
- Lunch: boil 100g of fish and the same amount of cabbage.
- Dinner: baked potatoes – 1 large or 2 small. 200 gr. boiled cabbage broccoli.
Contraindications to the broccoli diet
Naturally, if your body reacts negatively to broccoli, it is better to refuse this diet. Also, doctors do not recommend it to people suffering from stomach diseases and gastritis. If there are problems with the pancreas – also not recommended. If you are pregnant or nursing, you’d better not take any chances. Well, children, pre-adolescents, and the elderly are better off from the diet.
