  • 150 ml of carrot juice
  • 100-120 g celery (stalks)

You can also make a salad. For this, we will need some arugula, cabbage cauliflower, carrot, and celery stalks.

Some diet foods can be cooked with heat. Steaming or baking is best. Cooking in a multicooker can also be used.

As for boiling, it’s similarly simple. Cabbage is washed under running water. Then over medium heat, the fruits are boiled for 8-10 minutes. Previously, it is better to slightly salt the water. You also need to add a little lemon juice.

Principle of the Brussels sprouts diet

Nutritionists recommend eating cabbage at least three times a day. Note that two meals consist of raw cabbage. As we wrote above – in the form of a salad or smoothie. Cooked in the oven or multicooker – once a day. Also, you will need to completely give up flour. All kinds of sweets are prohibited. From vegetables exclude potatoes as well. As for the meat, you can have a diet of chicken or duck. Lean fish is also welcome.

Baked Brussels sprouts

We will need:

  • 500-600 grams of brussel sprouts. Cabbage
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 50-60g butter
  • 80-100 ml milk
  • 50-70g cheese (it is better to use hard kinds)
  • Salt – to taste.

Rinse the florets thoroughly in running water. Then separate the sprouts. After that, cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. The water beforehand slightly salt. When the vegetable is boiled – take it out to cool. The cooled sprouts were cut in half. Then heat a pan and fry the cabbage in it. Break the chicken eggs into a blender and pour milk on top. In the same place, you can add some chopped greens. All this is mixed until a homogeneous mass. After that, prepare a form for baking – grease it with oil. Then put the cabbage there and pour everything with our mixture. At the end, sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake our dish at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. The cooking time is 25-30 minutes.

Diet salad


  1. 150-170 grams of fresh Brussel sprouts
  2. 100-120g celery root
  3. Arugula
  4. Lemon
  5. Basil
  6. Salt and pepper

Boil all our vegetables. But, boil everything separately! After boiling, all we need is celery water. Cut the boiled cabbage into quarters. The other vegetables are also chopped. Put everything in a salad bowl and add arugula on top.

Next, we make the dressing for the salad. We need 2 spoons of celery broth. We add a spoonful of vegetable oil. Also, squeeze the juice of a quarter of a lemon. Salt and pepper to your taste. Mix everything and dress the salad.
