I want to let you know that I tried a diet that I found on your portal. I experimented with the menu for a week.
and strictly followed it. I lost 12 lbs (5 kg) in 12 days. I’m sticking to it now, and I do exercises. My weight is going down.
I feel much more confident. After burning fat, I feel so much better. My sleep is better, I feel lighter, and I am not short of breath anymore.

Now my goal is to lose another 15 kg, and I will achieve my goal.
