My name is Helen, I’m 37 years old and I’m from the small town of Carroll, Iowa.

How did you learn about the chicken and broccoli diet?

I looked up different options on google. I read a lot of different articles and studies. One day, I found an article about losing weight on chicken and broccoli. It hooked me, but it took me a long time to make up my mind.
My husband told me to try it, because I am not losing anything, it is a regular menu and my health will not be threatened. So I began to keep the diet.

Did you have any health problems before the diet?

Yes, because of the extra weight I had shortness of breath, my legs were tired.

When did you start the diet?

I started the diet in November 2021.

How did your health improve?
After a week, I started to notice that my shortness of breath had decreased. By this time, I had lost 2kg.

Did you stick to the menu?

Yes, I strictly followed the menu.

How much fat did you manage to burn in 10 days menu?

I lost 7 kg in 10 days sticking to just one menu.

What are your 3 tips for beginners?

  1. Get it together and go for it.
  2. Dieting is easy.
  3. Don’t put your body under a lot of stress from exercise. Eat right and light exercise will help you lose weight
